What comes with my order?

Your selected number of light-up treat bags. Candy, costumes, party decorations and other photo props are not included.

Can I choose the colors?

Yes. Choose orange, blue, green or purple for each bag in your bundle. Mix colors or choose the same color for every bag.

Are batteries included?

No. Batteries are not included. The supplier detail image shows a battery compartment and switch; the required battery type and quantity are still being confirmed.

How big are the bags?

The supplied size graphic lists approximately 30 cm high by 25 cm wide (11.81 × 9.84 in), but other listing images show different dimensions. We are confirming the exact supplied size before sale.

How does bundle pricing work?

The first bag is $34.95 and each additional bag is $15, up to four bags. A single bag has $5.95 shipping; the proposed offer includes free shipping on two or more. Taxes are additional where applicable.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days via YunExpress. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact support@thehauntedhaul.com with delivery questions.

Can I return my bags?

Request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee and buyer-paid tracked return shipping apply, subject to the full conditions below. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items and mandatory consumer rights are exceptions.

Full return conditions

Request a change-of-mind return by emailing support@thehauntedhaul.com for authorization and the return address within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging; reasonable inspection is permitted. Items used for an event or display do not qualify.

Obtain return authorization before sending anything back, then dispatch within 7 calendar days of authorization. You pay tracked return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies to the discounted product amount actually paid, excluding tax. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection.

These voluntary restrictions and fees do not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied items or where prohibited by law. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence. Free outbound shipping is not deducted retrospectively.
