Does one piece mean one flower or one stem?
One piece means one individual artificial flower stem, according to the supplier listing confirmed for this product. The pack options therefore contain 6, 12, 24 or 48 stems, not that number of individual flower heads. This does not establish how many stems fill a particular container.
Which colors will I receive?
The confirmed supplier listing describes an autumn mix of orange, burgundy and golden yellow. The selected autumn SKU and quantity of each color in each pack still need confirmation. The separate six-color assortment is not included in this offer.
Will a pack fill the basket in the photo?
Use the styling guide as an estimate: 6 stems for a light arrangement in a large vase, or 12 for a fuller look. The pictured baskets may use more stems. Fullness depends on the container and how you arrange them.
What are the dimensions and materials?
Stem length, arranged spread, flower size, material composition and any internal wire are still awaiting supplier confirmation. We will not substitute measurements from a similar listing.
Can I leave them outdoors?
Outdoor suitability and UV resistance are not yet verified for this exact autumn assortment. The UV graphic belongs to the six-color reference. We make no fade-proof, weatherproof or lifespan claim.
Are the pots and hanging accessories included?
No. This is a flowers-only product. Pots, baskets, liners, chains, hanging hardware and other decorations are not included.
Do they need assembly or watering?
Artificial flowers do not need watering. You arrange them in your own container. Whether stems can be bent or trimmed, and any support needed, must be confirmed before final care instructions are added.
When will they arrive, and can I return them?
Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days via YunExpress. Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee and buyer-paid tracked return shipping apply. Read the full conditions below.

Return conditions
Request a change-of-mind return by emailing support@thehauntedhaul.com for authorization and the return address within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging; reasonable inspection is permitted. Items used for an event or display do not qualify.
Obtain return authorization before sending anything back, then dispatch within 7 calendar days of authorization. You pay tracked return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies to the discounted product amount actually paid, excluding tax. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection.
These voluntary restrictions and fees do not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied items or where prohibited by law. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence. Free outbound shipping is not deducted retrospectively.
